GOLD PREMIERE COLLECTION

It was decided by Tyco in late 1996 that there would be 25 different models in this range. Of these 25, 22 have been released and other 3 are still sitting in Mattel's warehouse waiting for a buyer. The models will be distributed through 10 different stores and that every store will receive a limited quantity of each model. By the end of 1996 three models were released and the rest of the models are schedule to release in 1997. Here is a listing of all the models that are released so far with the name of the stores. I will be updating this list as the models appear in the market. Please remember that all these stores are not in every state and that the models will be released in the quantity of 5,000 each. These are highly detailed models just like Premiere Collection or Ultra Class or Inaugural Collection models. They are specially packed in a box with a Gold Coin hence named as Gold Premiere.
