Military Play Sets for 1997

There will be two different kind of Military play sets for 1997 both will include miniature models. They are:

MILITARY TERRAIN PACKS
An assortment of two exciting new military themes: Thundra Defense Force and Desert Command Post. These sets will include military figures, two vehicles each and play sets with Terrain features. These sets are supposed to be compatible with the Action System Play sets.

MATCHBOX MILITARY PLAYSETS
Another assortment of three action packed new military play sets. The are: Hanger Outpost # 22, Military Police Headquarters and Military Hospital. Again these sets will include military figures, one miniature vehicle and play set. These sets are also compatible with the Action System Play sets.

Please note that the above play sets are supposed to have miniatures that are exclusively available through these sets. Matchbox may decide to change this policy and include just the regular (or standard) models with these play sets.
